We may also collect technical information needed to operate the product, including session identifiers, IP addresses, browser user agents, and conversion job metadata.

We use your information to authenticate you, secure your account, process conversion jobs, provide billing support, and communicate service-related messages such as password resets.

We do not sell your personal information. Data is used only to operate, improve, secure, and support SmartUtils.

Account, session, and conversion metadata are stored in systems required to operate SmartUtils, including MongoDB and related infrastructure services.

We retain data only for as long as it is needed for product operation, legal compliance, fraud prevention, and support obligations.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information where applicable under local law.

You can also delete your SmartUtils account directly from the dashboard delete-user page when signed in.

You can delete your SmartUtils account and associated user data from the dashboard at /dashboard/delete-user after signing in.

If you signed in with Facebook and request deletion through Facebook's platform tools, we will process that request by removing the associated SmartUtils account data we store for that Facebook account.

If you cannot access your account and need assistance with deletion, contact support and include the email address associated with your account.
