You must not misuse the service, attempt to bypass limits, interfere with infrastructure, or use the platform for unlawful or abusive purposes.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities performed under your account.

We may suspend or terminate access if we detect abuse, fraud, security risks, or material violations of these terms.

If you purchase paid features, you agree to provide valid billing information and authorize the charges associated with your selected plan or product usage.

Invoices, payment methods, and related billing records are available through the dashboard where applicable.

SmartUtils is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that all conversions will succeed for every input format.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SmartUtils is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the service.
